Video: Simplus Highlights from #DF18!

Oct 26, 2018 | Admin, Latest News, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ

One month later, and Simplus is still reeling from all the fun we had at Dreamforce 2018. So much so, we made a video to celebrate and relive the highlights of our week in San Francisco!

We first held our Power Up for Dreamforce Party at the Thirsty Bear to kick off Dreamforce, complete with cheat code t-shirts, massage chairs, shoe shines, and classic arcade games. There was a line down to the next block!

Next, there was the Equiteq State of CPQ breakfast during DF18, which featured our own Gilles Muys, VP of Customer Solutions, who partnered with Equiteq to produce the State of CPQ 2018 Industry Guide. Download it now!

Cj Abreu, Senior Developer at Simplus, and Grant Acosta, Senior Consultant at Simplus, presented “A Pocket Guide to Process Builder, Flows, and Triggers ” during Dreamforce, a fantastic presentation on how to better use Salesforce! Catch it at the link now!

Additionally, Chris Gardner spoke not once but twice due to an encore request for his “The Secret to Lightning Experience Adoption: Engage Your Users” presentation. Go Chris!

Our CEO, Ryan Westwood, met with Conga CEO Matt Schiltz and Jeff Frick of theCUBE for an interview during Conga Connect West at Dreamforce. The three talked about the Salesforce ecosystem, our partnership, and the future for both companies.

The Digital Transformation Wonderland was an ongoing treat all week at The Thirsty Bear. Thanks to our partner and #DXWonderland sponsor, Conga, we were able to connect with so many clients, partners, and new friends all week.

And finally, the Silent Disco was an incredible party and the perfect way to close out the week.

All in all, Simplus had a great time at Dreamforce 2018, and we can’t wait for next year’s so we can share all the new ways we have simplified the journey! #simplifythejourney

Process Standardization: The Hidden Constraint on Revenue

Most organizations believe they have a sales process. It’s documented somewhere. It shows up in CRM stages. It’s referenced in onboarding decks. And on paper, it looks consistent. But when you ask your top performers how deals actually get done, they mention gut...
