The Arrow Seneca division was looking for a flexible and scalable quoting solution to streamline its revenue operations by enabling both internal teams and collaboration with channel partners throughout the quoting process. The client approached Simplus for analysis, design, and build-ready requirements to implement the Salesforce CPQ solution and integrate the Product Selection Tool (PST) with CPQ Quotes. Simplus delivered the requirements quickly and went above and beyond Arrow’s initial project scope delivering a complete, scalable CPQ solution.

Simplus designed an end-to-end solution that allows collaboration between departments at Arrow over the sales cycle. After completing the initial analysis and design work, Simplus successfully addressed Arrow’s six major CPQ build/PST Integration requirements. Simplus delivered with an expert, communicative CPQ implementation team, delivering above and beyond the initial scope–executing custom development to bring to life “quote any product”– generic product quote functionality within the platform.
