Scaling a business with Sales Cloud and CPQ

Dec 10, 2021 | Admin, Latest News, Media and Communications, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ

EC Hispanic Media reaches almost 2.5 million Hispanics monthly through its flagship print publication and has a distribution of nearly one million magazines weekly. However, EC Hispanic Media realized its internal processes weren’t capable of scaling with the company’s growth. So, it turned to Simplus for help to streamline the cumbersome sales process and bring new visibility into deals.

Simplus created a custom design for EC Hispanic Media’s product catalog, pricing, and discounting to meet its business requirements. Utilizing Salesforce CPQ, it was entirely possible. We also created advanced approvals to minimize the need for manual actions and templates for quicker quote generation. Finally, the training program we set up for EC Hispanic Media ensured employees adopted the new processes easily and quickly. EC Hispanic Media now has 50% less time spent in data entry and 80% less time in report creation, all thanks to the power of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ. Mission accomplished.
