EC Hispanic Media reaches almost 2.5 million Hispanics monthly through its flagship print publication and has a distribution of nearly one million magazines weekly. However, EC Hispanic Media realized its internal processes weren’t capable of scaling with the company’s growth. Finally, the training program we set up for EC Hispanic Media ensured employees adopted the new processes easily and quickly.
