Weave was previously hindered by the quoting process and encountered challenges with safeguards to secure and streamline quoting. Weave wanted to jump on the solution — CPQ — and wanted to jump on it fast: a six-week implementation timeline.

Simplus worked with Weave to implement and custom configure a CPQ system that empowered employees. Weave team members can now select and adjust product bundles to create quotes for customers, including options for block pricing, partner discounts, and discretionary discounts. We also configured DocuSign to streamline the entire process for Weave better. Check out the incredible results it led to in the slide below!
