VIDEO: Komatsu shares its experience with Simplus

“One of the key things we found in our relationship and partnership with Simplus as it grew over the course of time is that they have a very deep understanding of the complex manufacturing practice,” said Anubhaw Bhushan (“AB”), Director of CRM at Komatsu Mining Corp. “The manufacturing industry in general is something that sometimes could be lagging in some of these innovation spaces. But Simplus was able to leverage what best practices look like in the industry, and Komatsu being the beneficiary or recipient of that knowledge was pretty evident as we rolled out our application in the CPQ space.”
