Sales Cloud workflows for pharmaceuticals

When your organization’s software isn’t cut out for true collaboration and user-friendly task management, it’s got to go. That’s why TrialCard, a provider of patient access programs in the pharmaceuticals industry, decided to implement Salesforce, and it asked Simplus to guide the organization through.

Moving from the previous finance-focused software setup to the user-friendly Sales Cloud required an expert implementation. Simplus Advisory Services spent time working through the discovery phase with TrialCard to understand all the objectives and wishes TrialCard had for what its Salesforce instance would look like as far as sales paths and information requirements. Simplus then did complete exports of old CRM data into the new TrialCard Salesforce instance, including field mapping and data verification.
