How to optimize partner sales with Community Cloud

Apr 28, 2022 | Admin, Advisory Services, Community Cloud, High-Tech, Implementation Services, Latest News, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Managed Services

Your channel partners are a valuable source of company revenue and growth, but could you be doing more to utilize that resource?

Mojo reached out to Simplus for our implementation, advisory, and managed services—all to make sure their newly launched partner sales program was operating properly. Mojo needed specific functionality in its Salesforce Community Cloud instance to make sure partner leads and deals were tracked and communicated with the sales team. To address this, Simplus introduced various custom solutions, including dashboards, portals, pages, and more to create an overall responsive design for Mojo’s Sales and Community Cloud interfaces. In the end, this work created 80 percent faster report generation for Mojo and over $100k saved in yearly costs.
