Mitsubishi’s transformation on center stage at Dreamforce ’19

Simplus’ longtime customer Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS) was featured during Dreamforce 2019 for a deep dive session on how their transformation strategy changed METUS’ CRM approach and yielded incredible results. Director of IT at METUS, Chris Osment, partnered with Simplus’ Data Practice Lead, Christian Tooley, for the presentation.

Chris and Christian’s presentation is invaluable thought leadership for manufacturers seeking guidance and direction in starting their own transformation journeys. Sales at METUS were enabled with the right technology and streamlined processes, allowing the company to go from $395 million in revenue in 2012 to $450 million in 2013 thanks to a closure rate going up 37 percent within 90 days. “We didn’t take away what they were good at,” Chris said. “We sped them up so they could provide more value to more customers.

METUS approached Simplus looking not for a one and done project but a reliable partner to guide, assess, and mentor METUS through the long-term journey it was embarking on. Christian provides exclusive insights into the Simplus methodology for implementing transformation in manufacturing companies, and Chris explains just how lead management, distributor portal, marketing automation, call center automation, and more create better business processes and better numbers at METUS. It’s a demonstration you just can’t miss.

You can watch the session and get all the insights here. Then afterward, when you’re hungry for more, reach out to Simplus for your own individualized roadmap to digital transformation.
