Making way for clean data in financial services

Mar 15, 2019 | Admin, Financial Services, Implementation Services, Latest News, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Managed Services

Clean data is vital for financial services, and especially for migrating from an old platform to a new one with custom configurations. When a high-profile financial services company approached Simplus for help with just that, we knew what to do.

The client was having trouble with unduly complicated processes for approvals and opportunities, and data migration issues were rampant. To address this, Simplus created a new pricing interface for the client with new reports and over 100 opportunity fields exported via CSV. This meant users could now use the Salesforce data loader to attach records to opportunities easily. Additionally, the custom objects Simplus created made it possible to link necessary items together, a custom fit and solution for the client’s structure.
