Integrating and migrating data in Salesforce for financial services

Your company’s system of records can be confusing. FHLBanks Office of Finance reached out to Simplus for help moving prior processes and models into a new system of Sales Cloud. Along with its various third-party systems also inputting data, FHLBanks Office of Finance had considerable and complex data migration needs. Simplus implemented the necessary configurations to allow the company to sync up with third parties such as Outlook within Salesforce. Simplus also completed a full data migration effort moving from the previous system and into Salesforce. All in all, this led to increased efficiency, a clean system of records, and better analytics for FHLBanks Office of Finance.
