Customer trust in healthcare is crucial, and having the right tools in place to support that trust is the first step. SA Health, the healthcare services provider for South Australians, recognized that errors with marketing materials and incorrect contacts were leading to diminished customer trust and more complaints. To solve this, SA Health reached out to Simplus for an expert implementation of Salesforce’s Sales and Marketing Clouds.
With SA Health’s previous lack of data integrity negatively affecting its partner relationships as well as customer loyalty, SA Health was eager to set up a solution that would better serve customers and partners alike. Simplus implemented the Marketing Cloud Connector at SA Health, which provides integration between Sales and Marketing Cloud. This means data is synced between the two platforms for a single source of truth that accurately reflects member subscription data and partner information. Our Advisory Services also ensured SA health had a clear understanding of the solution and how to operate it. Ultimately, this meant a 100 percent drop in customer complaints and a 50 percent increase in partner satisfaction for SA Health.
