02 Nov Boomerang Commerce: Increasing efficiency through Sales Cloud and Pardot
Boomerang Commerce is a quickly growing enterprise SaaS company, led by veterans from Amazon, Adobe, and more. The company transforms retail through analytics, big data, and optimization. But Boomerang needed help making sure leads were acted on efficiently. The company got together with Simplus to address these problems.
Simplus saw that lead communication was sent via email, manually, at Boomerang. Additionally, these emails weren’t always consistent, much less tracked by any marketing platform. To fix the problems, Simplus exported all necessary data and removed duplicates from Marketo and into Pardot. We also made autoresponder email templates to address specific leads consistently. This increased efficient response time to leads at Boomerang. Simplus also created training materials to ensure high adoption of the new configuration. Best of all, we did all of this while coming “in under budget” and being “true rock stars” to Boomerang directors.
