We won Comparably’s Best Managers award!

Jun 7, 2018 | Admin, Latest News

We’re excited to announce that Simplus has won an award for Best Managers from Comparably! The award is based on anonymous employee sentiment ratings left by Simplus team members on Comparably’s website. The rankings are published in USA Today.

The Best Managers award celebrates companies with exceptional management cultures and is one of the first awards from Comparably’s 2018 Culture Awards series. The Best Managers award focuses on management practices to identify companies that excel in fostering good bosses, trusting relationships, and meaningful work.

“We have great leaders in our organization that provide a transparent, collaborative environment with lots of career advancement and growth opportunities,” says Ryan Westwood, CEO here at Simplus.

The Best Managers award is Simplus’ seventh award from Comparably within the past year, joining our previous recognitions for Best Culture, Best Marketing Team, Best in Salt Lake City, Best eNPS, Best Teams, and Best Outlook. Simplus is thrilled to have the Best Managers category join the array of recognitions.

Clearly, our Simplus culture thrives in many areas, but none of it would be possible without our incredible team heads and managers leading us. Help us congratulate and thank our “Best” managers today for making this award happen!
