Simplus Scores Six Comparably ‘2017 Best Company’ Awards

Jan 9, 2018 | Admin, Press Release

Salt Lake City, Utah—January 2, 2018—Simplus, a Platinum Salesforce Partner and provider of Quote-to-Cash implementations, today announced the company has been recognized among Comparably’s top 50 2017 Best Company rankings in six categories: Best Culture, Best Marketing Team, Best in Salt Lake City, Best eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score), Best Teams, and Best Outlook in the small-to-midsize company lineup. These awards come on the heels of Simplus being ranked No. 78 in Deloitte’s 2017 Technology Fast 500™ and No. 2 in Entrepreneur’s 2017 Best Company Culture standings.

“We’re absolutely thrilled that others are taking notice of the exceptional efforts Simplus makes in cultivating a winning company in all aspects, including our teammates’ experience,” said Simplus CEO Ryan Westwood. “Our solid company culture is the foundation for our success as a team, which translates to our progress within the industry.”

The lists, compiled by Comparably – a compensation, culture and career monitoring website – in partnership with USA Today, recognize companies who received the highest sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during the 2017 eligibility period (January 1 – November 17, 2017). There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. Large companies are considered organizations with more than 500 employees, whereas small/mid-size refers to businesses with fewer than 500 employees.

“Comparably’s annual Best Places to Work (Best Company Culture) list represents the top 50 companies among thousands of U.S. businesses,” said Jason Nazar, CEO of Comparably.com. “This prestigious award showcases the best overall company cultures as rated by their own employees. Team members leave the most comprehensive ratings and reviews to help Comparably determine the most in-depth and accurate account of the best places to work. These honorees stand out as the best of the best, reflecting the most stellar teams, leaders, compensation, and benefits.”

Salesforce and others are among the trademarks of Salesforce.com, Inc.
