HFS Research has published a point of view recognizing Infosys’ growing Salesforce capability.
Infosys has significantly transformed its Salesforce services offerings and local delivery capabilities through a series of acquisitions over the past few years. The most recent Infosys acquisition is Simplus, a Salesforce services Platinum partner in the USA and Australia. Simplus delivers consulting and implementation services for Salesforce quote-to-cash applications.
Khalda De Souza, Research Director at HFS Research Analyst, believes the acquisition of Simplus supports Infosys’ ongoing ambition to become a CRM transformation services provider and that Infosys is emphasizing local delivery rather than offshore capabilities in its transformation journey as a services provider.
These acquisitions enable Infosys to provide advisory-led engagement and focus on innovation and change rather than standard legacy-to-cloud migrations. The acquisitions also provide more strength to the Simplus, Fluido, and Wongdoody brands in their local markets by bringing in the global resources and capabilities of Infosys.
