Tired of a complicated process or defining new products or modifying bundles, Ziehm Imaging wanted to trade out its Excel-based and manual processes for something that would automate these pain points and sell better. Simplus implemented Salesforce CPQ and simplified Ziehm Imaging’s sales cycle with dynamic loop-based product rules, contracted pricing setup for key accounts, service products catalog, and visibility improvements. This led to a 93 percent decrease in quote creation time at Ziehm Imaging, as well as an 87 percent decrease in troubleshooting time and time to add products.
