Leveraging Salesforce in the professional services industry

FranklinCovey is a beacon of the professional services industry, providing organizational change through performance improvement and leadership training. However, FranklinCovey needed help merging two instances of Salesforce and streamlining Sales Cloud. Simplus stepped in to eliminate duplicate leads, duplicate data, and duplicate contracts for overall more efficient contract management and lead generation. Report creation time and data entry time both dramatically decreased after Simplus extracted, cleaned, and imported all of FranklinCovey’s data into a new instance. It was FranklinCovey’s first serious Salesforce project, and ultimately, as FranklinCovey said, the project was “easy and slick.”
