How Sales Cloud transforms processes for non-profits

May 25, 2022 | Admin, Implementation Services, Latest News, Sales Cloud

Sales Cloud isn’t just for big, corporate enterprises. The Boys and Girls Clubs (BGC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing programs and services for child development, found great value and transformation in its implementation of Sales Cloud with Simplus.

After struggling with a legacy system that required too much manual data entry and an unfriendly UI, BGC came to Simplus for a new Salesforce solution. Simplus took BGC through analysis and design, setup, configuration, analytics, and training for a new Sales Cloud implementation. Using consulting best practices and essential features along the way, we empowered the BGC team to adopt its new setup. Ultimately, this meant 50% less time spent on data entry and 80% less time spent on report creation at BGC.
