Going from manual to automated sales processes is a transformative move for any organization. Simplus used native Salesforce functionality in Sales Cloud to replace the time-consuming manual steps 1E sales reps were taking. This included consolidating field sets; leveraging process builders to insert product bundles and keep pricing in sync; and using formula fields, rollups, workflows, and more to create a custom discounting process for 1E’s needs.
