Increased adoption and accuracy in Sales Cloud

Mar 28, 2022 | Admin, High-Tech, Implementation Services, Latest News, Sales Cloud

Going from manual to automated sales processes is a transformative move for any organization. When 1E approached Simplus with this need and a wish to easily apply discount percentages based on various details and to streamline a process involving over four applications, we knew just what to do to achieve more accuracy and increased adoption.

Simplus’ solution for increased adoption at 1E

Simplus used native Salesforce functionality in Sales Cloud to replace the time-consuming manual steps 1E sales reps were taking. This included consolidating field sets; leveraging process builders to insert product bundles and keep pricing in sync; and using formula fields, rollups, workflows, and more to create a custom discounting process for 1E’s needs. All these changes ultimately led to increased adoption and greater accuracy for 1E’s Sales Cloud process. Check out more details about the engagement below!
