Conga Contracts elevating professional sports

Contracts can get messy fast. That’s why the Baltimore Ravens reached out to Simplus for a solution that would streamline contract processes and better manage the entire contract lifecycle. Conga was the solution of choice.

In an effort to shorten the time from drafting to execution with contracts, the Ravens tasked Simplus with implementing Conga Contracts into the existing Salesforce instance to create easy contract generation and retrieval. By also implementing advanced workflows and a request process, Simplus ensured that contracts requiring approvals and/or negotiations are routed properly. Additionally, the Ravens launched seven standard contract templates with Conga, handling sponsorship, NDA, and other agreements with ease. Now, the Ravens enjoy seamless search and report on contracts.
