Healthcare finance process automation with Sales Cloud

Feb 11, 2022 | Admin, Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, Latest News, Sales Cloud

The world of healthcare finance gets complicated fast. But with a custom configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud in place, you can automate processes that were previously, manual, cumbersome, and provided poor visibility. Take Simplus’ engagement with Prosper Healthcare Lending, a patient financing marketplace company, for example. Prosper was frustrated with the client onboarding process, poor adoption rates, and a lack of visibility into customer data. Then Simplus stepped in with a solution.

By creating a Force.com application and transitioning all manual processes into an automated system, Simplus provided Prosper with important client data at their fingertips and a sped-up onboarding process. We also offered the necessary training to make sure Prosper reps were able to leverage custom reports on their own. All in all, it made for a 50 percent reduction in client onboarding time and five to seven times more accounts with the same size staff. Now that’s healthcare financing done right.
