Enabling partners with a Sales + Service Cloud solution

Apr 14, 2022 | Admin, Change Management, Financial Services, Implementation Services, Latest News, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Two is better than one they say. When it came to finding the perfect partner enablement solution for The Warranty Group, that proved true. Simplus helped The Warranty Group implement a custom joint Sales and Service Cloud solution to alleviate TWG’s problems with partner enablement.

TWG came to Simplus because of our deep expertise in all things Salesforce. We built out a responsive design for both desktop and mobile formats that facilitated partner onboarding in days (rather than the months it was previously taking TWG). This allowed TWG to generate quotes and contracts with less hassle and streamline their overall process of loading product and rating data. All in all, it came out to be a 95 percent decrease in the time needed to integrate new partners and over 50 hours saved each month.
