May 28, 2021 | Admin, Data Integration, Latest News

Our May employee feature is none other than Steve Beale, a new addition to Simplus who in his first three months on the team has already made a huge positive impact on his projects. Steve is known for wearing many hats and for his friendly, consultative approach to client work. Keep reading to learn more about Steve!

What do you do at Simplus?

I am a business analyst at Simplus.

What are some achievements of which you are most proud? Both professionally and personally.

Would have to say that my most recent professional achievement would be graduating from the University of Utah with a BS in Information Systems. My most proud personal achievement would be helping under-represented students value their education and give them an introduction into the Salesforce ecosystem.

What are your hobbies?

I am a big automotive enthusiast, skier, and definitely a music buff.

Why do you like working at Simplus?

The work-life balance and supportive team structure make Simplus one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

Tell us a little bit about your professional background.

Over the last four years, I have focused on data analytics within the automotive industry and helping startups with their IT practices. However, moving forward this will all be using Salesforce and the Simplus model!

What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simpus the best consulting firm?

Being able to understand and communicate with what the clients want and need would definitely be my greatest contribution to Simplus!

If you are playing Two Truths and a Lie, what answers stump people every time?

The Lie: I was the first person in my family to go to college.

Two Truths: I used to be a DJ, and I hate roller coasters.

Congratulations, Steve, and welcome to the Simplus family!

Process Standardization: The Hidden Constraint on Revenue

Most organizations believe they have a sales process. It’s documented somewhere. It shows up in CRM stages. It’s referenced in onboarding decks. And on paper, it looks consistent. But when you ask your top performers how deals actually get done, they mention gut...
