Legacy pricing strategies and disconnected systems made for a difficult sales process for Alcon, a global medical company specializing in eye care products. Alcon partnered with Simplus as their first-choice training contractor to manage the changes and large transformative effects of Salesforce CPQ on Alcon’s organization.

Simplus provided extensive training to support the Alcon pricing standardization initiative. With five quick reference cards, two adoption surveys, a KPI dashboard, a live Train-the-Trainer event, and many more training materials, we helped Alcon roll out Salesforce CPQ to its new users and streamlining workflows, analytics, and reporting at Alcon along the way.
