Outbox Systems hires leading Salesforce consultant to expand CRM Practice

Carolyn Adams has been engaged on over 100 Salesforce.com projects and holds advanced administrator, sales cloud consultant, service cloud consultant and developer certifications.

Provo, Utah – August 26, 2014 – Outbox Systems, a leading provider of cloud integration for the global enterprise market, today announced the hiring of Carolyn Adams, an expert Salesforce consultant. Carolyn will lead a team of Salesforce.com consultants for the Outbox Systems CRM practice.

Carolyn joins Outbox with 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience under her belt. Starting out as a system administrator and moving up to the consultant level, she has now worked on over 100 Salesforce implementation or optimization projects. She currently holds the administrator, advanced administrator, sales cloud consultant, service cloud consultant, and developer certifications from Salesforce.com and is constantly continuing her education with participation in the success community and local user groups. Aside from her Salesforce,com expertise, Carolyn also brings extensive knowledge on business process consulting; she is passionate about helping businesses run as efficiently and effectively as possible.
