Ongoing innovation with Simplus Strategic Services

Aug 16, 2022 | Admin, Financial Services, Latest News, Managed Services

Simplus has been working with APCO, an automobile warranty services organization, through our Strategic Services team and a series of mini-projects. Simplus has been APCO’s go-to guide for new integrations, application touchpoints, and general digital transformation questions. Simplus Strategic Services continues to actively help APCO streamline its workflow with a best practice-driven Salesforce environment.

Some of the key innovations already completed have included an Enrollment Object to streamline the onboarding of new business prospects, a complete business unit migration onto the Salesforce instance without interruptions to business continuity, and a Performance Object to customize record type selection and improve record creation speed and accuracy.
