Better lead management for financial services

May 12, 2022 | Admin, Custom Configuration, Financial Services, Financial Services Page 2, Latest News, Sales Cloud

Data is everything when it comes to seamless lead management, especially for financial services providers. MidAmerica, a provider of public employer benefit programs, wanted to simplify its complex data model with an external system and improve its Sales Cloud instance for easier lead management. They came to Simplus to do the job right.

Simplus created a custom solution for MidAmerica’s data model and Salesforce instance. We configured Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities; built out custom objects to address specific MidAmerica data like Plan, Plan Participant, and Class; and used data configuration tools to extract and transform data continuously into the newly configured MidAmerica Salesforce org. This led to improved lead visibility for reps and synced data across MidAmerica’s systems—the perfect setup for a leader in financial services.
