Jan 22, 2021 | Admin, Latest News, Sales Cloud

Infosys and Simplus are thrilled to learn that the Infosys Salesforce practice rates as a “Leader” in a recent NelsonHall NEAT report. Dominique Raviart from NelsonHall, a global analyst firm, which focuses on helping organizations understand the “art of the possible” in digital operations transformation, extended this rating based on advanced Salesforce services, industrialization, and verticalization analysis.

Infosys rates as a “Leader” based on the following parameters.

– Digital transformation capabilities.

– Capability in North America

– Capability in Europe

– Focus on delivery excellence

“Focused efforts over the last five months on this rating with a comprehensive briefing, RFI submission, and supporting material made this outcome possible,” says Jayaram Ponnada, who oversees analyst relations at Infosys. Jayaram attributes this top rating to the AR program’s continuous support and the targeted outreach at major Infosys events, such as Confluence and Innovation Hub launches.

This is the first year Infosys has received a “Leader” rating in a NelsonHall NEAT report.
