Here’s how to transform CPQ while preserving existing CPQ look, feel, and quality standards

Feb 16, 2023 | CPQ

Arrow Seneca, the security solutions division of Fortune 500 company Arrow, was looking to transform its CPQ capabilities when it partnered with Simplus. The company saw a strategic opportunity to streamline its sales processes by upgrading its existing in-house product selection and recommendation tool, as well as by giving outside sales partners access to these features. Simplus implemented Salesforce CPQ while simultaneously preserving the look, feel, and quality of Arrow Seneca’s signature branded quoting feature, known as “Optimized, Certified, Guaranteed.”

Not only did Simplus deliver all of the client’s requirements on time and on budget, but Simplus also bridged security gaps in the old system and delivered a fully scalable CPQ solution to Seneca. Meanwhile, Simplus implemented Salesforce Experience Cloud to integrate outside sales partners more tightly into the Seneca family, enabling Seneca partners to collaborate and communicate via email, chatter, and file sharing.

Finally, to ensure strong adoption of the new CPQ system, Simplus led Seneca in developing user experience scripts and knowledge management/training.

Learn more about how Simplus created a world-class selling experience propelling Seneca’s sales growth.
