Financial services guide to the Salesforce Summer ‘22 Release

by Rob Petitgout

Financial Services Cloud has gone through many iterations, constantly updating to improve functionality and bring financial services leaders closer to their customers. Understanding customer needs remains the longstanding priority for financial services organizations of all sizes as the landscape becomes more fraught with FinTech business models disrupting the old way of doing things—Salesforce remains at the cutting edge for addressing this need.

The latest update to Salesforce includes four key areas of enhancement financial services organizations should note, including guided discovery questions, Slack integration, and enhancements to Actionable Relationship Center and Insurance Policy Administration.

Guided discovery questions

To meet rising customer expectations in an increasingly customer-centric market, financial services organizations need to get close to the customer and understand their every need. Discovery processes embedded in Financial Services Cloud allow leaders to meet those expectations and then some. The guided questions let users design and launch processes that validate information at every customer lifecycle stage and on any channel.
