Achieving quality data and adoption with Sales Cloud in financial services

Jul 15, 2022 | Admin, Financial Services, Financial Services Page 1, Latest News, Sales Cloud

Superior data can be a considerable advantage, especially when you’re a player in the financial services industry. That’s why Berkadia, one of the largest providers of third-party commercial mortgage in the United States, reached out to Simplus for implementing Sales Cloud as a solution to its previous system. Berkadia wanted something that would better encourage collaboration across its distributed workforce.

Simplus’ implementation of Sales Cloud and Chatter over nearly 250 Berkadia users was very successful. Validation rules ensured data integrity throughout the sales cycle, a Dataloader-based process provided communication with the upstream/downstream systems, and dynamic reports and dashboards brought clarity into the sales pipeline at Berkadia. All in all, Simplus delivered on the desired requirements and “helped navigate [Berkadia] through some tricky business process-related issues.”
