Building meaningful customer relationships with Marketing Cloud

Dec 6, 2019 | Admin, Australia, Healthcare, Latest News

When growth keeps coming, it’s sometimes hard to make sure your systems are keeping up with it. With Endota Spa, disparate systems were catching up to them during a period of growth, and the organization was eager to build more meaningful customer relationships through a new customer engagement program and omnichannel marketing operations.

Simplus used Marketing Cloud to address Endota Spa’s wishes. By executing a full roll-out of omnichannel marketing and including deliverables like integration from POS systems and data analytics, Simplus was able to provide Endota Spa with the resources and enablement they needed. Endota Spa’s marketing team now has a single view of the customer, streamlined processes targeted to behavioral profiling and personalized interactions, and increased insights into segments and territories.
