Learn more about Christina’s professional and personal background below:

What do you do at Simplus?

I’m a lead consultant on the Managed Services team. I work with teams to apply our experience and platform knowledge to help customers move forward and get the most out of Salesforce.

What are some achievements of which you are most proud? Both professionally and personally.

  • I’m a licensed nail technician.
  • I worked as an addictions counselor.
  • I trained as an amateur boxer.
  • I completed the 2020 Simplus Accelerate Bootcamp and got my Administrator Certification a few months later.

What are your hobbies?

I like traveling, collecting rare bourbons, hiking, reading, doing crossword puzzles, snowboarding, spending time with my cat Kali, and indoor cycling.

Why do you like working at Simplus?

I like the diversity and the relationships I’ve made with coworkers from all over the world.

Tell us a little bit about your professional background.

After I got my bachelor’s in psychology, I worked as a nail technician for over 10 years before I got to a point where I knew I wanted more of a challenge from my career. So I became an addictions counselor. It was a big transition, but I worked at a non-profit to help men overcome substance abuse to regain and rebuild their lives. It was a monumental time in my life and, as I contemplated a master’s degree, a friend mentioned Salesforce to me. A few Trailhead modules later and here I am—a woman in the tech field that hasn’t looked back.

What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simpus the best consulting firm?

My intuition and ability to talk to anyone—people just open up to me!

If you are playing Two Truths and a Lie, what answers stump people every time?

I can speak two languages fluently, I was born in Vietnam and moved with my family to the US when I was four years old (lie), and I’m one of four kids—36, 35, 33, and 32.
