We can’t be stopped! Four more awards for Simplus

Comparably has handed out four more awards for their “Best of 2017” acknowledgments, and Simplus landed a spot on all of them!


1.Companies With The Best Future Outlooks

Award description: “How confident are you about the future success of your company? Are you typically excited about going to work each day? How do your customers perceive your company? These are the questions that help determine a company’s “outlook score” on Comparably.”


2. Best Companies for Marketing

Award description: “A person’s experience at a company can depend very much on their job role. The list below showcases companies that received the highest ratings for their marketing department, according to employee reviews on as of Nov. 17, 2017.”


3. Best Company eNPS

Award description: “One of the indicators of a solid company culture is that employees would actively recruit their friends to work at the company. The Employee Net Promoter Score, or eNPS as it’s more commonly known, seeks to measure this. The score is based on how employees ask this question: On a scale from 1-10, how likely are you to recommend working at [company] to a friend? Respondents are separated into “promoters” or “detractors” and through another calculation, a single score is tabulated. The scale is -100 to 100, where -100 to -10 is a poor score, -10 to 20 is good/average, and anything above 20 is excellent.”


4. Best Team Cultures

Award description: “The list below recognizes companies that foster the best team experiences (i.e. – how well coworkers interact, the effectiveness of meetings, etc.), according to employee reviews on as of Nov. 17, 2017.”
