Simplus named Top 50 Best Places to Work 2017

Nov 30, 2017 | Admin, Latest News, Press Release

We are so excited to announce that Simplus has been honored as one of the top 50 best small-to-midsized companies to work for in 2017!

The list, compiled by Comparably, a compensation, culture and career monitoring website, in partnership with USA Today, calls out the companies who received the highest markings on an anonymous employee survey issued earlier in the month. Simplus finished 29th overall in the small-to-midsize company category. Other Comparably “Best Of” lists compiled annually include areas such as best CEOs and most diversity.

Comparably’s “Best Of” lists are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during the 2017 eligibility period (1/1/17– 11/17/17). There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. Large companies are considered organizations with more than 500 employees whereas small/mid-size are businesses with less than 500 employees. Companies are ranked highest to lowest.

“Team members leave the most comprehensive ratings and reviews to help Comparably determine the most in-depth and accurate account of the best places to work,” Comparably CEO Jason Nazar said. “These honorees stand out as the best of the best, reflecting the most stellar teams, leaders, compensation, and benefits.”

Take a look at all of the finalists for both lists!
