Meet Matt Ritskes — A Simplus employee feature

We’d like to introduce you to our latest Simplus employee feature, Matt Ritskes! Matt is a senior consultant here at Simplus and in the short four months he’s been with us he has impressed coworkers and clients alike with his incisive solutioning skills, detail-oriented approach, and positivity. Take a minute to learn more about Matt’s professional background and his personal interests!

 

What do you do at Simplus?

I work as a Senior Consultant on the delivery team. Right now I’m working on a project with a public health company where I manage the development and deployment efforts. I’m also ramping up on Vlocity and comparing the differences between Vlocity and Steelbrick CPQ.

 

What are some achievements of which you are most proud? Both professionally and personally.

Has to be the growth of my career. I dropped out of university four years ago and since then I’ve worked in marketing, web development, and now Salesforce consulting as a Senior Consultant with 13 Salesforce certifications.

 

What are your hobbies?

Biking, painting, reading.

 

Why do you like working at Simplus?

Simplus has provided a lot of great opportunities to challenge me and grow my career while also offering a lot of support along the way.

 

What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simplus the best consulting firm?

My ability to manage teams that will consistently deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

—I’ve gone skydiving.
