What do you do at Simplus?
I am a Principal Solution Architect.
What are some achievements of which you are most proud? Both professionally and personally.
I am super thrilled to have won two of the prestigious awards in my first year at Simplus: I won the Underdog award in January, and just recently, I won the Critical Thinker award. I am also excited that I am the first from Simplus to earn the B2B Solution Architect Certification.
Personally, I am proud of connecting with people and helping them find their next big opportunity. I’ve been doing this since the start of my career and it gives me a lot of joy when I see folks do some incredible things with just a little help!
What are your hobbies?
I love to write. I write about my travels on my personal blog and about Salesforce on the Simplus blog and LinkedIn. I love taking pictures with my phone and my DSLR and post often to Instagram. Ever since living in Amsterdam, I picked up cycling as a hobby, lifestyle, and primary mode of transport.
Why do you like working at Simplus?
I love working at Simplus because of the emphasis on learning and upskilling. The program run by Diane Kerr is so motivating! I am also loving the Summer Days program, where we have every other Friday off in Summer. All these are testaments of how Simplus puts employee wellness at the forefront. I love that we have a thriving group of Solution Architects, and we meet on a regular basis to share knowledge and learnings with each other. Mostly, I love working here because I feel empowered by my leadership to do the right thing for the client and our internal teams.
Tell us a little bit about your professional background.
My undergrad is in Electronics & Control Systems Engineering from India. Straight out of school was my first IT experience. I worked in ADP Pvt. Ltd as a Quality Assurance specialist for a couple of years. After that, I went to pursue a Master’s in Management Information Systems at Temple University in Philadelphia. Shortly after, I started my Salesforce consulting journey at a boutique consulting firm in Michigan. I also have an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simpus the best consulting firm?
Working on large projects with large teams and bringing in my Experience Cloud expertise to our Enterprise customers has been very rewarding. We launched a large Experience Cloud implementation for one of our clients recently and they reported that they had no post-go-live issues after we were done implementing the project. This is music to any Solution Architect’s ears!! I consider making this digital transformation happen for our clients a significant contribution.
