What do you do at Simplus?
I have the pleasure of being a lead consultant on one of our accounts. I strive to always put myself in a position to be able to help my team succeed while ensuring I support both our clients and team members to the best of my abilities.
What are some achievements of which you are most proud? Both professionally and personally.
What are your hobbies?
I am a PC and car enthusiast. I like to build computers and games in my spare time. I also love turning a wrench on my car every so often. I’m also an avid DIY(er). I also enjoy the outdoors—Hiking, fishing, and kayaking are my go-to’s.
Why do you like working at Simplus?
The culture! I never truly understood how important company culture was until I got here. I always have the support I need. I feel empowered and entrusted to do my job effectively.
Tell us a little bit about your professional background.
I began my Salesforce career as a developer intern at Docmation. I was promoted three times there in a little over two years. I worked on five full end-to-end B2B storefront implementations. These were B2B CloudCraze-based projects.
Then I transitioned to Simplus as a consultant and shifted focus from development to the business side of things while remaining hands-on. I do configurations often and am learning about flows. I hope to also continue to skill up as a developer.
What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simpus the best consulting firm?
Doing my best to embody the underdog spirit. No matter what the challenge is I’m willing to give it a try and fight my way to completion. I never give up and that makes my account successful. I try to reciprocate the support I’m given to all team members. I’m always willing to step in and offer my assistance if there is an opportunity to.
