Dec 4, 2017 | Admin, Press Release

Hey FinSMEs! Thanks for featuring Simplus, our total $17.8M in financing, and recent acquisition of CRM Manager. Great things ahead for Simplus! Check out the link or read on below:

Simplus, a Salt Lake City, UT-based Salesforce partner and Quote-to-Cash implementation solutions provider, closed $17.8m funding.

The funding includes a Series B round of $9.3m and an additional $8.5m in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank. The equity round was led by Epic Ventures with participation from existing investor Salesforce Ventures, newcomer Cross Creek Advisors, and others.

The company also acquired consulting firm CRM Manager, which follows the purchase of BaldPeak, Basati and EDL Consulting, earlier this year.
Founded in 2005, CRM Manager is a Salesforce implementation, integration, and consulting partner with offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and New York City. CRM Manager became a Salesforce Ventures Portfolio Company in 2010. The Salesforce-certified consulting team focuses on delivering Salesforce, Insidesales.com and AppExchange solutions.

Led by Ryan Westwood, CEO, Simplus is a Platinum Salesforce Partner and the industry leader in Quote-to-Cash implementations. The company provides enterprise-wide digital transformation across the entire Salesforce ecosystem through advisory, implementation, change management, custom configuration and managed services. It has more than 1000 clients.
Simplus recently created 100 new jobs in the U.S. and overseas to address its growth and, in the past few months, recruited new Managing Director Suman Konidana and new V.P. of Western Sales Pete Shelton.
