Faster, stronger report generation with Sales Cloud

Mar 18, 2022 | Admin, Change Management, High-Tech, Implementation Services, Latest News, Sales Cloud

What happens when a high tech organization doesn’t feel trained to use Salesforce? Less visibility and certainly less user adoption. Lucid Software, the provider of Lucidchart and other visualization apps, found themselves in this situation after its initial setup of Salesforce. Lucid Software reached out to Simplus for a fresh start.

Simplus collaborated with Lucid Software to re-implement Salesforce the right way. Simplus also made sure to train key users at Lucid Software so that the new setup was adopted with ease. We also set up different report types and dashboards optimal for Lucid Software’s needs. All in all, it made for 99.5% more accurate forecasts and 99% faster report generation. Not bad, not bad at all.
