Simplified Feature Discovery and Setup 

Winter ’26 introduces Salesforce GO, a guided setup experience tailored for Revenue Cloud. Admins can now quickly enable and configure the solution with step‑by‑step onboarding directly from the Salesforce GO menu—making initial deployment smooth, intuitive, and error-resistant.  

 

Pricing and Rate Management 

Pricing logic sees notable improvements this release. You can now use multiple formulas within a single Formula Element—streamlining complex pricing setups, reducing element counts, and staying clear of system limitations.  

 On the usage‑based front, the Rate Management and Usage modules continue to mature—enabling robust rate cards, usage modeling, and real‑time rating for consumption‑based products.  

 

Product Configuration and Catalog Management 

Winter ’26 includes major catalog and configurator upgrades: 

  • Product Catalog Management Cache—optimized browsing speed for large catalogs via cache support. 
  • Custom Product Category Sort Order—reach precise control of how categories appear, no longer bound to alphabetical defaults.  
  • Enhanced constraint model editing—admins can manage configuration constraint models directly from product records, aligning rules seamlessly with product data. 

 

Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator 

While Winter ’26 itself focuses less on new DRO features, Salesforce’s roadmap—with DRO introduced earlier—is essential background. DRO enables multi‑stage order orchestration, decomposition workflows, and process automation based on rules, milestones, and exceptions.  

 

Transaction and Usage Management 

Transaction workflows and usage handling continue to get smarter: 

  • Quote Deep Clone—replicate full quotes, including lines and grouping, with one click. 
  • Sales Transaction Line Editor—new UI offers nested groups, inline edits, quick product adds, bulk deletions, and enhanced display for usage-based items.  

 This builds on Summer ’25 innovations like conversational quoting, amendment flexibility, and broad Transaction Line Editor enhancements.  

 

Billing and Contracts 

Winter ’26 also brings significant asset and billing lifecycle capabilities: 

  • Asset Management Enhancements—transfer assets between accounts (even updating contracts), rollback actions, automatic co‑termination for quotes, price-only amendments, and extended terms on amendments without cancellations.  
  • Pricing Procedure Formula Element—as noted earlier, enhances billing logic efficiency.  

These features complement Summer ’25’s billing system with invoice scheduling, payment gateway integrations, collections automation, FX support, and more.
