Simplus names Paul Fletcher CFO to lead Simplus into next phase of global expansion

New appointment further strengthens executive team to steer future growth.

 

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH—SEPTEMBER 17, 2018—Simplus, a leader in Salesforce Quote-to-Cash advisory, implementation, and managed services, today announced the appointment of Paul Fletcher as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 9, 2018.

Mr. Fletcher brings extensive financial stewardship and capital formation experience within high-growth companies to Simplus. Mr. Fletcher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Presidio, Inc. from August 2007 to January 2017. As the CFO of Presidio, Inc., a leading IT solutions provider with approximately 7,500 middle market clients, Fletcher oversaw its financial strategy, corporate finance, accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and treasury operations. Under Fletcher’s leadership, the company’s annual revenue grew to approximately $3B. Employee headcount grew from approximately 500 to over 2,700 professionals, including more than 1,500 technical engineers. Fletcher was a key contributor in executing Presidio’s M&A strategy and played an integral role in the company’s successful initial public offering in 2017.

Previously, Fletcher served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trex Company Inc. from July 2003 to September 2007 and as its Principal Accounting Officer until September 2007.

Fletcher’s financial, operational, and strategic experience, combined with a deep knowledge of scaling high-growth technology companies, will help Simplus further its mission to simplify and enhance the technology experience.
