#DF19 in pictures: The view from Simplus

Nov 22, 2019 | Admin, Latest News

The best week of the year is quickly coming to a close. But we’re not shedding any tears here at Simplus, because we’ve had an incredible week full of meeting new people, reconnecting with old friends, and celebrating remarkable accomplishments. The memories will live on in our hearts… and in these pictures. More importantly, we’re more motivated than ever to simplify the journey with new ideas, recruits, and technology. Take a look at what’s happened so far this week:

We kicked off the week with Simplus’ annual Power Up Party the night before Dreamforce began. Dancing, games, food and drinks, and a zen room for massages. Oh, and look at that fantastic view we had.

Wednesday night we celebrated the publication of Gilles Muys’ Definitive Quote-to-Cash Guide over cocktails with great colleagues.

Simplus’ head of talent and recruitment, Joe Carr, worked his magic throughout the week, but especially during his presentation “Proven Strategies to Attract and Support New Talent.”

Throughout the week we enjoyed meeting new friends at Simplus’ Dreamforce booth, showing off demos of what we can do, and celebrating that thing that brings us all together: Salesforce innovation.

Simplus’ Plus Club members enjoyed many perks, among them free coffee every morning!

Also every morning of Dreamforce, our Simplus Salesforce Military Alliance led a group in bootcamp workouts—with a view!

And lest we forget, sometimes the Simplus team just knows how to have a good time. Between all the parties, concerts, and more, it was a great week to celebrate all we’ve done.

Process Standardization: The Hidden Constraint on Revenue

Most organizations believe they have a sales process. It’s documented somewhere. It shows up in CRM stages. It’s referenced in onboarding decks. And on paper, it looks consistent. But when you ask your top performers how deals actually get done, they mention gut...
