As Service and Community Cloud Practice Leader, Yaron’s expertise helps our clients successfully realize their Services vision, goals, and objectives. Yaron’s role at Simplus includes aligning client business requirements to industry best practices on the Salesforce platform.

Yaron works closely with the Salesforce product teams and leads a global team of Service Cloud consultants to ensure we deliver consistent, high quality, best practice solutions to our clients.
Yaron maintains Support and Services industry recognition as two-time recipient of the Association of Support Professionals “Ten Best Web Support Sites”.

Prior to consulting, Yaron worked in the High Tech industry as a customer service leader where he transformed the support organization from a traditional telephony center to globally distributed, multi-channel customer care organization built around the Service Cloud resulting in 22% increase in case deflection, above 90% CSAT, 15% increase in First Contact Closure, and 10% increase in customer retention.

Yaron has been consulting for over 7 years helping global customers go digital and optimize omni-channel customer service. Yaron’s expertise include:

Randy West

As Quote to Cash Practice Leader, Randy’s expertise helps our clients successfully streamline their direct and indirect sales operations. Randy’s role at Simplus includes advising customers around current leading practices and helping to find deployment options that maximize return on investment.

Prior to consulting, Randy spent 5 years in the energy industry as an instrumentation and control engineer on a process plant start up crew.  During that time, Randy’s ultimate responsibility was to help bring the plant onstream safely and to leave the new owner in a position to operate independently.    

Randy has been consulting for over 18 years helping global customers streamline their selling operations.

Randy’s Expertise include:

Carolyn Adams

As a Practice Lead, Carolyn engages with companies to improve their Sales processes and core CRM functionality. In her role at Simplus, Carolyn translates clients business and technical requirements into best practice Salesforce solutions and helps define and measure successful outcomes.

Carolyn stays up-to-date on the latest Sales Cloud trends by actively participating in the Salesforce Trailblazer Community, leading a local User Group, supporting the local chapter of Women in Tech, and performing pro-bono services for emerging and non-profit businesses. Carolyn has presented at Dreamforce 4 times focusing on implementation best practices for sales organizations. She currently holds 9 Salesforce Certifications and maintains an architect level certification as a Data Architecture and Management Designer.

Carolyn’s expertise within Sales Cloud is strengthened by her background in Sales Operations and Enablement. Prior to consulting, she built and operated business development teams within several enterprise SaaS companies. As Salesforce began to take over the CRM marketplace, she pivoted her efforts to the implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce across a number of sales teams.

Carolyn has been consulting for 5 years helping companies successfully implement Sales Cloud, establish an ongoing maintenance strategy, and continually improve within Salesforce to support changing business needs and growth.  

Carolyn’s expertise includes:

  •     Lead nurturing, scoring and qualification
