Glassdoor lists Simplus as one of 2021’s Best Places to Work

Jan 13, 2021 | Admin, Latest News

Simplus is one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work for 2021! We are thrilled to share this news and celebrate the welcoming, collaborative culture every member of our team exemplifies.

Unlike other awards, there is no self-nomination or application process. Winners are instead determined based on the direct feedback of employees all over the world. These are both voluntary and anonymous reviews shared on Glassdoor. To identify the winners, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year and assigns overall culture scores accordingly. Simplus scored a 4.7, cementing our strong culture of compassion, stewardship, and work-life balance.

A huge thank you goes out to all our employees who took the time to not only share their perspective on what it’s like to work here but are the forces making every day at Simplus so enjoyable.

Below is a selection of just a few employee reviews shared on Glassdoor and that contributed toward the award:

“Company Culture is lived daily, not just talked about.” —current employee, Sydney

“The people at Simplus are amazing. The leadership is very transparent and informative.” —current employee, Salt Lake City

“The best place to work for. 100% remote, unlimited PTO, HSA matching contributions, bonuses and rewards, flexible hours, great teams.” —current employee, San Francisco

For Simplus, company culture is our #1 metric—and we’re not just saying that. Learn more about our CEO’s philosophy on corporate culture and discover what a career at Simplus could look like for you.
