Dreamforce 2022 Day 2 Field Report

Sep 21, 2022 | Admin, Latest News

The second day of Dreamforce 2022 was a bustling one for the Infosys, Simplus, and Fluido teams. From multiple speaking sessions to our Pre-Dreamfest Happy Hour, we met with so many colleagues and clients throughout the day. Thank you to everyone!

Speaking Session with Genesys: Growth Accelerated Through a DevOps Transformation

Ramya Raj, VP & Global Head of Go-to-Customer Solutions at Genesys, was joined by Wesley Story, SVP & Chief Information Officer at Genesys, and Scott Harrington, Sales Director at Simplus, for a discussion on customer experience optimization and growth acceleration with DevOps at the helm. Amy Cook, Simplus CMO, moderated the session.

Healthcare Insurance Payor Roundtable

Jayneel Patel, SVP of Industries at Simplus, led a private roundtable discussion during the second day of Dreamforce for leaders in the healthcare insurance space.

Pre-Dreamfest Happy Hour

We celebrated big with a Pre-Dreamfest Happy Hour at The B Restaurant co-sponsored by OwnBackup—it was the perfect mix of good food and company (and even some model car racing!) to precede the Red Hot Chili Peppers performance later that evening.

One more day of Dreamforce 2022 awaits—if you haven’t met up with us yet, hurry and find a time to connect with us!
