In search of an industry-leading partner portal, Mojo Networks looked to us to create a custom community that could serve the unique needs of their channel-based strategy.

The Challenge

Mojo Networks wanted to launch a partner sales program but needed a portal for partners to submit leads, track deals, and communicate with the Mojo sales team. This partner portal needed to perfectly match the new Mojo Networks brand. The specific functionality and design Mojo Networks needed were more than what the standard Salesforce community offered, so we were asked to complete all of the necessary custom development. After the partner portal was fully built, Mojo Networks needed a way to roll it out to all of the existing partners, add new ones, and resolve any post-rollout issues.

The Outcome

To achieve the vision that Mojo Networks had, we had to create and add an array of custom Visualforce pages, APEX triggers, jQuery elements, custom fields, and AJAX. In addition, all of the styled pages needed to be responsive so that users could access the entire partner portal on mobile devices. We developed a custom document repository based off of Salesforce’s native documents object. This allows Mojo Networks to utilize a dynamic partner-facing library which can be fully managed internally. Mojo Networks has been invited by A’ Design Award and Competition to present the portal due to its innovation and design.
