The Challenge

The outdated interface was leading to low adoption and complex administration. Starting out its engagement with us, SelectHealth was looking to modernize its interface with Lightning updates, map to a standard object model that focused on out-of-the-box functionality, implement new page layouts and sales paths, and migrate file storage into Salesforce. SelectHealth desired more flexibility, credibility in delivery, and an overall streamlined experience from its Salesforce org. An outdated interface was yielding low adoption, and there were limited solutions to its problems using Salesforce Classic. Additionally, no custom code best practices were in place, and a complex administration for maintenance required developer expertise.
