Simplus helped Infinera with a complete end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation. After being selected as Infinera’s partner of choice based on our reputation and proven expertise in CPQ, Simplus got to work. First, Simplus and Infinera worked together to ensure Salesforce CPQ was seamlessly integrated with the existing Salesforce instance. Next, Simplus configured CPQ to meet Infinera’s particular needs and sales processes.
Throughout the implementation, Simplus was a true partner, easing the internal learning curve with the new CPQ implementation. Now, internal processes are more streamlined and the sales cycle has greater accuracy at Infinera. Salesforce is now truly the single source of truth at Infinera, which no longer has to rely on multiple systems. Working with Simplus, Infinera was able to speed up organizational automation with CPQ and is working to grow its CPQ instance further by expanding its product catalog.
