Simplus became INAP’s go-to partner for Salesforce maintenance and innovative support. Handling a heavy workload, Simplus’ Managed Services engagement with INAP has grown five times, a sign of INAP’s considerable trust in Simplus.
INAP’s internal team works closely alongside the Simplus Managed Services team. We have streamlined several workflows related to INAP’s CPQ instance, resulting in increased automation and better selling through Salesforce with minimal code.
INAP is actively working on expanding its CPQ footprint by adding additional functionality, improving on the initial design, and integrating with external service and billing platforms. Because of Simplus’ help so far, these next-level goals are possible far sooner than originally imagined. Starting in 2021, INAP plans to begin consolidating legacy quoting systems and processes into CPQ. Simplus’ support will be crucial to those goals.
